Set to music, Silver Sneakers Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of motion for daily activities. Participants will use hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneaker ball. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. 45 minutes long.
